I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to find the caricature drawing kiosk at the
Downtown Disney District. In past years, I have noticed it outside of the
World of Disney Store. The next time you visit, I would suggest asking a Cast Member in Downtown Disney if they know where it is located. Experiences do change from time to time, so the caricature drawings could be unavailable at this time.
In the past, I have also seen caricature drawings available in
New Orleans Square at
Disneyland Park. If you are visiting the theme park, you could also check this location or ask at Guest Services as you enter the park.
