Greetings, Natalie, and welcome to planDisney! There's so much to love about the
Oogie Boogie Bash – you're likely to encounter some rarely seen Characters!
Whether or not you'll be able to get an autograph may depend on where the Character is. Characters along the
trick-or-treat trails are typically positioned on a platform or stage away from Guests, so I wouldn't expect to get autographs from them. Instead, you can wave hello or snap a photo while making your way to the sweet treats.
You might have better luck getting autographs from other Character experiences, like traditional meet-and-greets. We haven't heard details yet about who is stopping by this year, but in 2025 I saw Tweedledee and Tweedledum, Cheshire Cat, Meg, Pain and Panic, and others. Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow will be there
dressed as The Sanderson Sisters, too.
The event officially kicks off at 6 p.m., but your ticket can be used to enter the park starting at 3 p.m. That will give you a few hours before the event to search for additional Characters to meet! Use the
Disneyland mobile app to see where you might find them.
Remember that you'll receive free unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos during the event, so you might consider collecting photos instead of autographs.
There are a few other things to keep on your radar. Make sure you explore
Villains Grove in the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. It's a mystical, immersive experience that's one of my favorite parts of the evening.
Madame Leota's Swinging Wake is a new addition to the party with music, dancing, and happy haunts. It should be a lot of fun!
