Character Dining at Riveria

    Have characters resumed signing autographs?

Hi there, Elizabeth. I’m guessing that when it comes to Disney Characters, you, like me, are a huge fan. I don’t blame you for wanting to go around filling up your autograph book. It’s a fun thing to do while you’re at Walt Disney World.

Given the current health and safety measures in place, Character interactions look a little differently right now. At Magic Kingdom, Guests are treated to spontaneous Character Cavalcades that journey along the parade route. It’s a very celebratory event that will be hard to miss if you’re nearby. Lots of Guests have also reported seeing some of the Characters out and about, maybe waving from the Castle or sunning on a grassy spot. While the Disney pals we all know and love are still active and remain a big part of any magical Disney vacation, they aren’t yet accessible for meet and greet experiences or autographs.

Maybe a Character meal would be ideal for you and your family? They’re happening every day at Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, Chef Mickey’s, Garden Grill Restaurant and Hollywood & Vine. During these dining experiences, Guests enjoy seeing the Characters frolicking through the dining room, posing (from a distance) for selfies, and engaging from afar.

I hope that helps, Elizabeth. Have a great time!
