    Will characters take a photo with an item (stuffed animal) instead of a person? I want to get a cape signed for a boy fighting cancer, but I do not want to be in the picture myself. Thank you!

    Hi, Megan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    What a great keepsake that would be for that brave boy, he truly is a Super Hero! I don’t see any issues with having an item photographed with a Disney Character as long as it is not dangerous or vulgar, but I would double check with the Cast Member at the queue just to be sure and to explain your request to them. I have even visited Walt Disney World Resort without my children and asked certain Princesses to say hello to them via video and they did not have any issue with that either! They even personalized a greeting with their name and my girls thought that was the BEST souvenir! This might be an option for you if his favorite Disney Characters haven’t had their voices stolen from Ursula, the Sea Witch! Make sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before leaving home to easily find Disney Characters throughout the Theme Parks!
