Which characters are grand ballroom for the Thanksgiving dinner?

    Dear Alejandro,

Judging by your question, you purchased tickets for Thanksgiving Dinner at the Disneyland Hotel's Grand Ballroom!
This is a wonderful feast where guests have the opportunity to indulge in many exquisite, mouthwatering dishes prepared specifically for the holiday!
Be ready to savor an all-you-care-to-enjoy menu in a lovely setting with other awesome families.

Alejandro, I don't recall hearing about any Disney characters making an appearance during the Thanksgiving festivity inside the Grand Ballroom.
As a matter of fact, I checked with a friendly Cast member and he confirmed that no characters will be present at this year's event. My guess is that it probably has to do with the logistics of accommodating so many people throughout the afternoon and evening with Thanksgiving dinner reservations.
I'm sure the characters, like Mickey Mouse, are kept home where you can visit them anytime before or after your meal!

I would suggest you make an early morning trip to Disneyland and visit Mickey's Toontown as soon as you arrive so you can take a photo with the Mouse that started it all!
Then you can enjoy a few rides, attractions and make your way back to the Disneyland Hotel right in time for the delicious Thanksgiving meal that will be waiting for you at the Disneyland Hotel!
    I hope this helps.
Have a Magical time and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
