Hi there! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney.
Interacting with the various characters across
Walt Disney World Resort is such a memorable experience! Each character's unique personality is on display and they are so very happy to meet with you and your travel party. Collecting their autographs in an autograph book is not only a great way to interact with them, but to also create a lasting memory of the time you spent with them!
Lizzy, at this time, most characters are back to signing autographs when asked. To make the process as efficient as possible, make sure that you have the book opened to where you want them to sign and that you have a writing utensil ready to go. I suggest a permanent marker! Please note that some characters may give a pre-signed postcard that you can paste on a page in your autograph book.
Be sure to say hello to all of your Disney pals across the parks. My favorite character meet-and-greet is
Meet Ariel at Her Grotto in
Magic Kingdom Park. Whether it's chatting about her gadgets or gizmos aplenty or what life is like under the sea, it's always a good time checking in with my favorite princess.
Bonus Tip: Meet a bunch of characters at once at a character meal. This is a great way to meet a few of your favorite characters without having to wait in line to do so. Instead, they come to you while you eat! Some favorites are
Chef Mickey's at
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Park, and
Tusker House in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Lizzy, have a wonderful time on your vacation, and enjoy every interaction with those characters! Feel free to
reach out again if you have any questions in the future!
You're never too old to be young,
Matt
