    Is there a way to get a character wake up call at the Shades of Green hotel?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kaley! I’m so glad to hEAR about your upcoming magical vacation! I stayed at Shades of Green with my family a while ago, thanks to my military brother, and I had a very restful trip.

    Since Shades of Green is not a Disney-owned property, you’ll see a few differences than in a Disney Resort, such as no MagicBand use at this Hotel and Shades of Green-only transportation. The Shades of Green Resort also has it’s own decor, themes and style, so while you may not see as many Disney character touches, you’ll still feel at home in the lush green property. When I stayed there in 2017, there were no Disney character calls available as at a Disney Resort, but you could absolutely have a regular wake up call for any morning you wish.
