Can you get character signatures when characters are walking around? I see listed that Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Cars characters, Ralph & Vanellope and Incredibles are at Hollywood Studios. Do you need to have a reservation to see these type of character

    Hi there, Kerry!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with this fabulous question!

There are so many ways to meet Disney Characters when you're vacationing at Walt Disney World! The best part about the Characters you mention is that they do not require any reservations at all! In fact, you can find lots of Character Experiences at all 4 of the major Theme Parks that do not require reservations. Be sure to pick up a Times Guide on the way into each Park just to verify their schedule, their locations are listed as well. Characters are always subject to change, so it's always best to double-check.

You may have noticed that selected Guests who have tested MagicBands can now schedule a FastPass+ to meet Mickey Mouse in his Rehearsal Room at Town Square Theatre in Magic Kingdom Park. Doing this will give you a window of time to return and will save you time standing in line waiting.

If you want to splurge a little, schedule a Character meal or two where the Disney Characters will come around to visit you at your table while you're enjoying a meal. You can make Advanced Dining Reservations either online or by calling 407.WDW.DINE [939.3463].

I hope this helps! Please don't hesitate to write back in if we can help with any other questions you have!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
