    Is there a character meet with Moana?

    Hello Danielle!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My daughter is currently in full-on Disney's Moana mode at our house.  She is also really excited to meet Moana on our next visit to Walt Disney World Resort at the end of April.  

    Currently, Moana meets with all her way-finder friends at Disney's Hollywood Studios in the Walt Disney: One man's Dream attraction.  It is not posted online, but you should find the information in a Times Guide that you can get from Guest Services upon entering the park.

    Unfortunately for my daughter, it was recently announced that Moana will only continue meeting with Guests at this location until April 16th, 2017, which means my daughter will miss meeting her by a few days.  The only hope that I have is that the announcement of Moana no longer meeting at Walt Disney: One Man's Dream means that Moana will be finding a new place to call home for character meet and greets (perhaps over in Princess Fairytale Hall at Magic Kingdom).

    Like my family, Danielle, if you cannot meet Moana before April 16th, you will have to keep checking for news at the Walt Disney World site or on the Disney Parks Blog and hope that a fortuitous announcement proclaims the return of Moana in time for your vacation.
