Hey, Dawn!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Character Experiences are some of the best and unique magic found at Walt Disney World Resort.

You are correct, most Disney Characters have set places and times for Guest visits. Times and locations can vary throughout the year. In your example, Baymax, Joy and Sadness are greeting Guests in Future World at Epcot from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. while another Disney favorite, Aladdin, has several times where he will be available at Agrabah in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom Park but not all day. All day characters will also take short breaks.

I would suggest using the My Disney Experience Mobile App to find your specific Disney Character and plan to see them at that time.

Disney Dad Tip: Talking Disney Characters like Aladdin love to answer questions. For example, you could ask him what it's like to take a magic carpet ride in the clouds or what is going on with Abu these days.
