    Are the character meet & greet times only available daily? I can't find them on line anywhere. We are staying at All Stars; can we get a list of times the day before at the hotel? I'm a planner and would love it ahead of time, even if it's just a da

    Hi Rosalie,

    Character Meet and Greets are updated on a weekly basis. This schedule is usually not publicized on the WDW website. When you check in to your hotel, the weekly entertainment listing will be available at the Check In desk.

    I have another tip that would be helpful. I'm a planner too and know that having this info is important! So, visit www.wdwent.com. This is an unofficial site that keeps a well-documented listing of Walt Disney World entertainment schedules, including character greeting information. I've used this site for years for my own WDW vacation planning. Hope it helps!
