Are there any other character meals similar to Be Our Guest where it’s optional to meet the characters after you eat rather than them visiting the table?

Dear Alyssa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom is a wonderfully themed locale that combines with delectable food to make a truly magical Walt Disney World Resort experience.

As you noted, when Beast visits his Guests in the castle, they are able to take advantage of Disney PhotoPass Photographers and get a picture with the master of the house. Unlike other Character Dining Experiences, such as Chef Mickey's and Tusker House Restaurant, this Photo Opportunity occurs after the meal and no Characters approach Guests at their table while they dine.

Be Our Guest Restaurant is the only Dining Location that offers at Character Meeting after the meal. Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Best Friends Breakfast Featuring Lilo & Stitch at 'Ohana and Cinderella's Royal Table offer a Character Meeting before your meal with additional Characters visiting your table during your meal.

If you would rather not have Characters visit your table during your meal, you can make a request to your server that they skip your table or simply let the characters know when they approach.

    Bon Appétit!
