Character meals. Do they have these at the parks as well as the resorts? If so where and when.

Yes Christine there are several character dining options at restaurants inside the parks!

One of my favorites is at the Animal Kingdom park and it is called Donald's Safari Breakfast and held at Tusker House each morning.  Here you can meet up with Donald and some of his friends and march around the dining hall several times during the meal.  Kids love to wave their napkins and use the instruments they provide for a wild and fun time!

In the Magic Kingdom you can dine at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and friends. IF you are looking for the princesses you can meet them at Cinderella Castle (Cinderella's Royal Table) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

In EPCOT you can enjoy a meal with the princesses at Akershus in the Norway Pavilion or stop by and meet Chip and Dale plus Mickey and Pluto at the Garden Grill in the Land Pavilion.

The character dining experience at Hollywood Studios is at Hollywood and Vine where Jojo and Goliath from Jojo's Circus and June and Leo from the Little Einsteins are there to greet you.

Hope this helps you in your planning for your great upcoming Disney vacation!
