Hi Gregory,
Yes, indeed, there are character meals with princesses at Walt Disney World. In fact, there are several from which you can choose.
At the Magic Kingdom, you can dine with Cinderella and friends at
Cinderella's Royal Table. This restaurant is situated in Cinderella Castle. It is quite a regal affair. Reservations at this location are highly coveted so you would be advised to call (407) WDW-DINE 180 days before your vacation to make reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table.
You also have the opportunity to dine with the Disney princesses at Epcot.
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion of World Showcase offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets with the princesses. The advantage to this dining establishment is that it will cost only one table service credit on the Disney Dining Plan (as opposed to dining at Cinderella's Royal Table which costs two table service credits).
Finally, let me draw your attention to another, lesser known princess meal. Many guests are not aware that you can dine with Cinderella, her Evil Stepsisters, and Prince Charming at
1900 Park Fare. This restaurant is situated on the first floor of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Since it is not located in a theme park, an admission ticket is not required to access this restaurant. The buffet at 1900 Park Fare is tasty and extensive and costs only one table service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.
Have fun deciding between character dining experiences and, as I said earlier, don't forget to call in advance to make reservations.
Thanks for a fun question!
Jill
