We have a character dining reservation for breakfast at a time before the park opens. How do we get into the park for our reservation?

Hi Kaitlin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your magical vacation begins TOMORROW! Hooray! I always plan a few breakfast reservations prior to park opening hours, because there is something special about getting into the theme parks when they are quieter and less crowded. It is also nice to have a fun breakfast with Characters without using up precious park time. You will love it!

When you arrive for your breakfast reservation, you should see an area of the entrance designated for Guests with breakfast reservations only. There should be a sign posted to direct you to this area, but you can also ask a nearby Cast Member to point you in the right direction. The Cast Members at the entrance will verify your breakfast reservation and you will then enter the theme park with your Walt Disney World theme park tickets or MagicBands.

I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow for the time it takes to enter the theme park, as well as walk through the theme park to your reservation. You don't want to feel rushed or stressed to make it on time and you will want to be able to take a few pictures as you are walking through since there will be fewer people around!

Enjoy your vacation, Kaitlin! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
