Hi Duska! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I have a girl and boy with the same age difference as yours so I completely understand the need to find the perfect balance between pirates and princesses.
Chef Mickey's is a GREAT choice! In fact, it's a favorite of my kiddos and we have a reservation there during our next visit. From your Disney Resort hotel, you will take a bus to Magic Kingdom Park. From there, you can take the short walking path to Disney's Contemporary Resort. It's a quick 5-10 minute walk based on your speed. When you finish your meal, you can either walk back to Magic Kingdom Park or take the
Resort Monorail, which is always a treat for children of all ages.
If you are looking for other Character Dining options,
Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort are two other fabulous options!
The Character Dining meals are very popular so I would suggest you make your advance dining reservation as soon as you are able to do so. You can make
reservations online, from your
My Disney Experience account or by calling (407) 939-1947.
There are several fantastic dining options both your kiddos will love! If you need any other tips or suggestions to help make your vacation magical for both your son and daughter, please let me know.
Bon appetit!
