which of the character dining would you recommend for children ages 3 and 5? Also, would you recommend breakfast, lunch or dinner? thank you

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joanne. I'm so glad you stopped by!

A visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is always magical, but exceptionally so when traveling with little ones in tow. My heart just melts when I see my children experience the magic in and out of the theme parks! I'm always sure to book a few Character Dining Experiences during our stay. I love these unique meals because I know our family will enjoy delicious food AND the fabulous company of beloved Disney Characters, all in one place! What could be better than that? I'm happy to share some of our favorites.

    • Chef Mickey's - This Character Dining Experience is an absolute must-do for my family with every Disney vacation. Here you can meet Mickey Mouse and the other members of the "fab five." The dinner buffet truly has something to please every palate, even picky eaters!
    • The Crystal Palace - Visit this Victorian greenhouse with Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood for lunch. The Crystal Palace is the perfect place to fill your belly and rest your feet amid an adventure-filled day in Magic Kingdom Park!
    • Hollywood & Vine - Do your kids love Disney Junior like mine do? If they do, make a breakfast reservation for Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine. This dining location at Disney's Hollywood Studios serves up a hearty breakfast buffet which is perfect for fueling a day of pixie-dusted fun.
    • Cinderella's Royal Table - If you have a princess fan, you simply must book this Signature Dining Experience. If Cinderella's Royal Table is a bit out of your budget, or if you're having a difficult time securing a reservation, a great alternative is a meal at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway pavilion at Epcot.
    • Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White - This is my favorite new dining experience at the Walt Disney World Resort. With an incredible 3-course dinner and the super fun company of Snow White, Grumpy, and Dopey, a meal at the Enchanted Forest is always magical!

I hope this was helpful, Joanne. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
