Are all character dining experiences worth two table service credits or just Cinderella's Royal Table? Also is it smarter money wise to invest in a bigger dining plan or pay the difference out of pocket to do more character dining experiences? Thanks!

    Hi Jessica!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! To Dining plan or Deluxe Dining plan, that is the question.

The answer, I think, depends on how many character dining meals you would like to experience during your Walt Disney World vacation. Cinderella's Royal Table is the only character dining table-service meal that uses two table-service credits, so you'll be able to choose many favorites. For my young family, the Dining plan is more than enough food for us. We love the character meals, but we also love many of the quick-service locations. So one table-service meal a day is a perfect break for my children.

However, I know many people who enjoy several table-service meals a day and therefore prefer the Deluxe dining plan. They enjoy the relaxation especially if the weather is hot.If you want to try some of the other delicious Disney restaurants or try Signature restaurants which require two table-service credits, then I suggest Deluxe all the way. That's the beauty of Disney dining, there is a plan for everyone since no plan can be a one size fits all.

    Happy planning!
