There are so many character dining events for girls. Is there anything for boys? Cinderella's Castle is totally for girls now and my son loved it years ago. I'd like to find something my grandson will enjoy. Thanks!

    Hi Nancy:

My boys, now ages 8 and 7, have been traveling to Disney World since they were infants and enjoy interactive meals every vacation.

While they would love a Star Wars themed meal, at the moment their favorites include:

    • Chef Mickeys. To this day, every trip they insist on eating at Chef Mickey’s - for breakfast, dinner, or both. Chef Mickey's features a party atmosphere at every meal, and the energy at Chef Mickey's is incredible. My boys not only enjoy the huge buffet, but their smiles shine when Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and Minnie stop by the table to pose for pictures and sign autographs.
    • Cape May Café. It's a delicious and fun beach-themed breakfast usually featuring Goofy, Minnie, and Donald. We even had a surprise visit from Goofy's seldom-seen son Max at our last meal at Cape May Café. Enjoy Mickey Waffles, fresh-baked pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt bar, and other favorites. If you ever wanted to know what Donald, Goofy, and Minnie look like in their swim-wear, you should definitely check out Cape May Café.
    • Hollywood & Vine.  Interactive meal featuring favorite Disney Junior characters at breakfast and lunch, so your grandson can meet some of his favorite tv characters.

    Enjoy your vacation.
