Is there character dining on the Disney Dream?

    Ahoy, Elisa!
At this time, character dining is not available onboard the Disney Dream. Don't worry - you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet your favorite Disney Characters during your sailing!

Each day, you'll receive a Personal Navigator, a detailed schedule of the day's activities. There's a dedicated section just for Character Greetings, with times and locations. We sailed on the Disney Dream a few weeks ago, and there were eleven Character meet and greets on the first day alone!

You'll also have an opportunity to see your favorite Disney friends when you stop in Castaway Cay, Disney's private island paradise. Some of my favorite vacation photos of our family were taken with Mickey Mouse on the island, with the Disney ship in the background - we even used one as our Christmas card one year!

Though there's not a "traditional" character meal offered on the Dream, don't miss dinner at Animator's Palate where you'll get a visit from a super-cool turtle dude named Crush - sweet! Crush is the star of the dinner show, and he has fun interactions with guests throughout the meal.

I hope this answer was helpful to you! Please come back if you have any more questions about Disney Cruise Line - we'd love to help you plan a magical voyage with Captain Mickey! - Diane W.
