Hey there, hi there, ho there, Madison! Thanks for sending your question to us; you're as welcome as can be hEAR at planDisney. It sounds like your magical vacation will arrive before you know it, so let's be on our way.
I have two young Mouseketeers who can't wait to see their favorite Disney pals when we are visiting Walt Disney World, so character dining is a must-do for my family. It's a relaxing way to interact with Mickey Mouse and his friends while enjoying some delicious food.
My family and I are looking forward to a big, multi-generational vacation this summer, so just like you, I am watching to see what experiences will be available when we travel. I like to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and operational updates.
During the current phase of reopening, modified character dining is available at the following locations:
Chef Mickey's at
Disney's Contemporary Resort,
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at
Disney's Riviera Resort,
Hollywood & Vine at
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and the
Garden Grill Restaurant in
EPCOT.
Breakfast à la Art at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is my number one choice for character dining in Walt Disney World. I am still dreaming about the mouth-watering sour cream waffles and the adorable, on-theme pastry selections. The physically distant character greetings allow for safe and fun interaction with Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and Mickey Mouse. Have your camera ready and snap some selfies as our artist friends light up the room. Be sure to step outside onto the patio before or after your meal to take in the sweeping views from this rooftop restaurant. Comme c'est magnifique!
Madison, as your visit approaches and you decide where you'll be making
Advanced Dining Reservations, I recommend checking the
Dining: Know Before You Go information page to review the most current offerings and safety precautions. I hope you have a fantastic visit, and if there is anything else we at
planDisney can do to make your stay even more memorable, come by anytime. We're all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Betsy
