Which character breakfast would you recommend- a 7:50 reservation at Ohana for the Lilo & Stitch, or a 8:50 reservation at Crystal Palace? Is it better to hassle with traveling to the resort that early or missing the 1st hour of park time?

Hi Sarah! I can understand your dilemma about which character dining to choose. Both are great offerings and it does depend on what you wish to deal with.

My personal preference is the Crystal Palace. I love the location and setting of this restaurant and the food is very good. Your characters are the Winnie the Pooh friends and the only negative comment is that they tend to be quite slow in coming around so you have the chance to see them all during your dining time.

Getting from resort to resort is a more difficult situation but when you have early dining I suggest you simply get a taxi from the resort you are staying in to the one you need to get to. It is much quicker and allows the kids to be able to sleep just a little longer then if you were dealing with trying to get the early park bus and then transferring to the resort.

If you have a lot of things you wish to do in the park that day then I suggest O'Hana's for your breakfast as you won't miss much of the park operating times. Be sure and check to see if it is having Extra Magic hours that day on the calendar on the website. The only other consideration would be the characters. If your children have their hearts set on seeing Eeyore then of course head to the Crystal Palace. Then again if Lilo and Stitch are their must sees then head to the Polynesian.
