Hi Crystal!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to hEAR you are headed on a Disney Cruise Line vacation! So much fun awaits you onboard – and at port – and I am just so excited for you and the memories you will make during your week at sea!
If this is your first Disney Cruise Line adventure, I am sure you are eagerly anticipating the 75-day mark when your Online Check-In and onboard booking window opens! At the stroke of midnight (EST), you will be able to book those fun onboard experience and complete your Online Check-In, but did you know that you do not have to complete the check-in process first?!? I always recommend booking onboard activities first and then going back to complete the check-in! Some of those activities that I recommend booking include character, complimentary character greeting tickets, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and adult-exclusive dining! Voyages that are at least seven-nights offer a character breakfast, so you can expect to have one, and you’ll definitely want to secure tickets for that! Just remember that onboard photographers typically do not attend the character breakfast, so you’ll want to be sure to bring your camera with you!
One of the great things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation are the
character experiences…and you never know who might be sailing with you during your voyage! Be sure to check out the Personal Navigator or Navigator app for the character appearance schedule and always be on the lookout as you never know where you may encounter a favorite character while onboard! Also be sure to look for Mickey and friends when you are Castaway Cay as they always enjoy a day in the sun, as well!
Wishing you a FANTAStic adventure at sea with many magical memories made!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
