    Are character autographs back yet?

    Hello Theresa,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Meeting your favorite characters can add some extra magic to a Walt Disney World vacation!

Get that autograph book and special pen ready to go! I'm so happy to tell you that the character meet and greet opportunities we all love have returned. This means that when you meet Mickey, your favorite princess, or any other beloved character you can give them a hug or high five, and yes, even ask for an autograph!

Character dining is one of the easiest ways to meet several characters at once without standing in lines. While there are several restaurants to choose from, many of our favorite dining locations like The Crystal Palace and 'Ohana have not brought back characters. So, if you have favorite restaurants for character dining, just make sure that characters do make appearances before you make a reservation.

There are plenty of other places to meet characters throughout the parks. EPCOT is actually one of my favorite parks for characters. You can find the classic characters near the front entrance, and princesses can be found in throughout the countries of World Showcase.

Hope this helps. Mickey hopes to see ya real soon1

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
