    Denise:

I was in your same situation in November with one of the last seatings at Chef Mickey's and worried sick about the fact that my kids wouldn't get to experience all the magic of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Donald. Let me assure you, we were not disappointed!

In fact, the Character interaction was even more immersive because the restaurant had stopped seating diners behind us and the restaurant had emptied out except for our small dining area!  I saw no decline in the quality of the food on the buffet, the Mickey waffles kept coming, and the service was just as attentive, if not better than I would have expected. Best of all, the restaurant was not as loud as I had been warned, I'm sure due to the smaller crowd.

I have to think that my experience at Chef Mickey's will be similar to yours: Disney wouldn't have the later seatings if they couldn't accommodate them. And especially at Cinderella's Royal Table, a restaurant notorious for slow service, I would expect that the kitchen would be able to handle the later seatings even better.

Your four years of waiting will pay off. May your dining experience be magical!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
