Hi! Must do char lunch @ H&V, want to do Sci-Fi dinner. Worried about 90 min line wait for Fantasmic with child. Will be there May 23. Will it be so crowded that I should give up eating @ Sci-Fi and book a Fantasmic Dinner Pkg? Its a morning EMH day! T

    Hi Kendra!

This is a tough one.  I think that if you can swing it, you should book a Fantasmic Dinner Package.  Fantasmic has become SUPER popular.  I remember when you could just walk up no more than 30 minutes before and get a seat.  The last few times I have seen Fantasmic was with a dinner package.  Having VIP reserved seating really saved us since our son won't wait very long in lines.  It is really convenient and you get a great meal with it!  It shouldn't be so crowded in late May at the parks since you will be there before the majority spring breakers arrive, but since this show is very limited in times it's shown, it will be crowded no matter the time of year you visit.  I know, I'm giving you all kinds of negatives.

Bottom line is if you are set on seeing Fantasmic, the best route to take is to book a dinner package to include the reserved seating.

    Have a magical day!
