I am chaperoning girls to DisneyWorld during an upcoming lacrosse tournament. I have their parkhopper tickets and made fastpass reservations. Now one of the girls is injured and is not going. How do I cancel one person from our fastpass reservation??

Hi Susan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The team trip is almost here and I bet you are just as excited as those playing in the tournament! I am sorry to hear that one of the girls is injured. She must be so disappointed. While this is not the best of news, I will be happy to help you in editing your upcoming plans!

When you are logged into your My Disney Experience account, select "My Plans" from the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Since you are managing the plans, you will probably see "Susan's Plans and Tickets," then five (5) planning links below that. On the far right is "FastPass+." If you hover over that circle, two options will pop-up and you should choose "View or Update." Your FastPass+ plans will come up and with each one you will see "View Details." Click that link and choose "Cancel" on the next page. Don't worry, this will not automatically cancel the whole FastPass+! Once you have clicked "Cancel," the list of all Guests on the FastPass+ will appear and you can "Unselect All" then select just the Guest who will no longer be in the party. Click "Next" and you should see the updated party with a box below showing that one Guest will not be included. Then hit "Confirm" and your FastPass+ will modified!

I hope this helps with planning your last-minute details, Susan, and that all goes well on your upcoming trip! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
