Walt Disney World website.
It can be a little disconcerting when things move around on a website, especially if, like me, you have been a frequent user of the Disney site. But rest assured, the information you need is still there. I'm sure we will all be in sync with the updates soon.
The first step for you is to determine if you need a
theme park reservation. Park reservations are no longer required for guests with date-specific tickets. If you have chosen a start date for your tickets or vacation package, more than likely, you won't need a reservation. (Please note that policies are subject to change.)
Certain ticket types may still require a reservation. Those include annual passes, Disney Military Salute Tickets, student group and convention tickets and others.
I'm an annual passholder, so to see
park reservation availability for myself, I go here. If you are a passholder at any level, this is the No. 1 spot to check. (Even if you are not a passholder, it can give you a clue about availability.) This calendar also shows "Good to Go" dates, when a park reservation is not required.
If you have a different type of ticket that may require a reservation, I suggest you
start on this theme park reservation page and click through to the section that best describes you and your plans. As of now, I think this is the best way to find the information you need.
