Face Painting was an all-time favorite activity with my daughter and it appears that this activity is slowly burgeoning throughout Walt Disney World Resort locations with the careful and methodical

Michelle, I will apprise you of my favorite face painting locations that may offer services, and I apologize in advance for any that are currently closed.
1) The
Refreshment Outpost at EPCOT.
2) Rockettower Plaza Stage area at Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom Park.
3) Disney Springs Marketplace, where you can select a design or ask the artist to create one for you.
4) Harambe, Animal Kingdom Park offers a kiosk across from
Mombasa Marketplace/Ziwani Traders -artists here, specialize in animal designs.
5) Disney’s Hollywood Studios offers a kiosk between Toy Story Land and Walt Disney Presents, and I’ve seen Star Wars-themed face painting designs there.

Colors of Mo'ara, at Pandora - The World of Avatar, Animal Kingdom Theme Park offers a kiosk for transformations into Na’vi and other Avatar-inspired designs.

Disney Tidbit - save your face painting receipts, and inquire about complimentary same-day touch-ups. The face painting from Colors of Mo’ara will glow in the dark!
