David from Tyne And Wear Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

With the changes to DAS am I able to apply for DAS prior to my visit? I live in the UK and cannot see any information on if this is possible. Last year I had to ask in the park and explain why I cannot queue conventionally. Thank You.

    Welcome back to planDisney, David!

It's an honor to help you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth! I'm glad you're already aware of the Disability Access Service (DAS). It's a wonderful way to make your visit run more smoothly if you or members of your party require special considerations. At the Walt Disney World Resort, everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!

DAS is designed for guests who have difficulty waiting in a standard queue for an attraction. You can request a live video chat here to pre-register for the DAS as soon as 30 days before your visit. Since every guest has unique needs, that conversation will determine what accommodations are needed.

David, you can no longer request DAS registration in person, but no worries! If you haven't registered ahead of time, you can still  join a live video conference on the day of your visit. And feel free to shoot an email over to disability.services@disneyparks.com if thats best for you. The team of Cast Members there are all ears and ready to assist!

I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, David! I hope to see you again soon if you have any more questions! I'd love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out some handy tips!

    Hakuna Matata,
