Hello, Patricia! Thank you for reaching out to me at planDisney with your question. Welcome!
I'm so happy to hear that you'll be sailing on the
Disney Fantasy with your family this upcoming May. I have made some wonderful memories with my extended family on that very ship and I am excited for you to do the same. The Disney Cruise Line does a wonderful job offering entertainment and activity options for
guests of all ages. The magic is for everyone onboard!
If you are hoping to make changes to your Disney Cruise Line reservation, you must
call to speak with a Disney Cruise Line agent directly. Due to a recent systems upgrade, the wait times to speak with an agent have been elevated. I recommend that you call early in the day to avoid the longest wait times. When I need to call, I do so first thing in the morning and turn on speakerphone to listen in the background for an agent while I accomplish tasks around the house.
I cannot guarantee the availability of two adjoining
staterooms for your sailing, but when I looked on the website today, I did see one pair that might suit your needs. There will be a charge to change your reservation from one stateroom to booking two staterooms, and it will likely be close to double your current cruise fare.
When you are speaking with a Disney Cruise Line travel specialist, be sure to tell them about your family group if you'd like to be seated near each other during meal times. Alternatively, you can
link your staterooms together on your own, utilizing the Disney Cruise Line website. For more details on linking separate reservations, you can
read this answer on the planDisney website.
Patricia, thank you again for sailing my way! I wish you a wonderful voyage and a chance to create many happy memories with your family. Please visit planDisney again if you have more questions. I'd love to help you.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
