Hi there, Laura!
I’m happy to hear you received your luggage tags! Disney Cruise Line mail always makes me smile. Since your stateroom has changed, you have a couple of options. You can use the luggage tags you received. Just take a sharpie, cross out the old stateroom number, and write in the new one, OR you can pick up a blank tag from a porter at the terminal.
Have you thought about what you’re going to pack? Disney Cruise Line has a handy
packing checklist on their website. You may also want to peruse the
Prohibited Items list to ensure all your electronics and gadgets are approved.
While no one likes to think about the end of a lovely vacation, I have a few tips to share. Your Stateroom Host will leave new character-coded luggage tags in your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. Remove the old tags before attaching these new ones. In the evening, your Stateroom Host will gather everyone’s luggage for easy transport off the ship. Remember to keep out any medication and an outfit to wear in the morning. After breakfast, listen for your character to be called and make your way to the terminal to retrieve your bags.
Before you disembark, you might want to book a
placeholder for a future Disney Cruise. You’ll enjoy a special discount for most stateroom categories, and the placeholder is entirely refundable. Plus, you’ll have 24 months to plan your next vacation. I always take advantage of this special offer because I never want to pass on an opportunity to sail with Captain Minnie – especially at a discount! You’ll find all the details on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Just keep in mind that discounts are subject to change.
Laura, it was my pleasure to help you today! Have a magical voyage, and cruise our way again with any follow-up questions.
SEAS the adventure!
