Well, this one has me thinking. It seems that you either have a ticket problem, a My Disney Experience account problem, or a Disney Park Pass system problem. And you may need technical support to correct it. First, be sure you have tried the following troubleshooting actions:
- Check your tickets to be sure there are not any ticket stipulations that would prevent you from making a park reservation on the date you are trying to reserve.
- Try different web browsers.
- Delete your browsing history (i.e. cookies, history, cache) and then try again.
- Logout and log back into My Disney Experience.
- If someone else is traveling with you and you are connected through My Family & Friends, see if they can make the park reservation for you.
- If you are in the Disney Park Pass system, once you get to the screen with the error message, click on the back button and then try again. Try this repeatedly (I had to keep trying this method to make a few of my park pass reservations).
If neither of those possible resolutions works, call to speak with a Cast Member in website support at 407-939-4357. They can access your account to determine exactly what the problem might be. In the past, I have experienced a few technical problems with My Disney Experience account and the Cast Members have been able to resolve my issues!
As you make those park pass reservations, be sure to consider the
operational updates,
resort hotel updates, and
parks and tickets information. I recommend calling as soon as possible to get the issue resolved so that you can make that last park reservation. Go, go, go!
