    I changed my password and now all of my profile information and reservations are gone. Does this happen often? I did not know it would wipe out everything. I can't link anything or even find my reservations now.

    Hi Rhonda - if you are having trouble linking your reservations, etc., you should call technical support (407-939-6244) and explain to them what happened.  Hopefully they can help you link things back up.  Good luck!
