If I changed the day on my Disneyland park reservations are my tickets still valid for that new day or do I need to buy another one?

Hey there, Andrew. Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sharing this question with us. Oh boy! Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is practically here and you'll soon be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. Can you smell the churros and popcorn yet?

A valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation are required to enter the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort. A valid theme park ticket is also required to make a theme park reservation. My guess is that you used the new option to modify your theme park reservation at the Disneyland site to change the day of your visit. If this is the case, then your original ticket was used to make the modified theme park reservation and you should be good to go.

If you want to be sure, you can log into your Disney account at the Disneyland site and click on "My Plans" which can be found under the heading "My Disneyland." Here you will find any and all of your upcoming theme park reservations.

Any time of the year is a great time to visit the Disneyland Resort, however, this year is especially magical with the Disney100 Celebration. There are two new nighttime spectaculars that are a part of the celebration. Wondrous Journeys can be experienced at Disneyland Park and I highly recommend not missing this during your visit. The projections, music and fireworks (when available) are absolutely, well, wondrous. August 31 will be the last day this year to experience this wonderful show until it returns in 2024.

I always love watching the show with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the background, however, if you're looking for a viewing spot that can be a little more low-key, try heading over to "it's a small world." The projections here are fabulous and you'll still be able to see the fireworks (when available). Check the Disneyland app for showtimes and keep in mind that all showtimes are subject to change and/or cancellation.

Well, Andrew, I hope this has been helpful as you get ready for your rapidly approaching trip (Yay!) to the Happiest Place on Earth. Come back to see us with any other questions you might have. Here's wishing you a magical visit!
