I changed my dates on my park tickets and have a new confirmation code. When I ever the new confirmation code on mde, it says invalid. What should I type in to link the tickets with the check dates?

    Hiya Fiona,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing your question to us. I'm delighted to help you today.

When linking your new Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket, I have a few suggestions that may help. First, I recommend switching the device you're using. For example, if you're on your phone, try using a desktop computer and log in through your browser instead of the My Disney Experience app. I've found that this simple change can often resolve the issue.

Make sure you're using the correct number for linking; it should be listed as the Ticket ID Number. You can find this in the confirmation email you received after changing your dates.

Sometimes, the issue may be due to a simple glitch on the Disney website or app. If that's the case, calling Disney directly will connect you with a friendly Cast Member who can ensure your ticket is linked correctly.

Bonus tips: Date-based tickets do not require a theme park reservation. Be sure to check out MagicMobile, which allows you to use your cell phone as your park ticket. I also encourage you to explore the event calendar on the website to see all the amazing offerings available during your visit.

Fiona, I hope this information has helped, and more importantly, that you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out again.

    Your personal planning companion,
