    I changed the dates of my 7-day passes by one day, but it's not showing up on our itinerary even though I received a confirmation # for the change. As a result, it won't allow me to make a park reservation for the date I was trying to change to

    It's very cool to hear you're planning seven fun days playing in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. It's especially fun to see you'll be visiting during "The World’s Most Magical Celebration" to mark the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort. 

    One quick suggestion that might help with your theme park tickets, and one that you might have already tried, is to see if you can link your confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. Another quick suggestion is to check both your My Disney Experience account online and your My Disney Experience mobile app to see if your ticket display as they should. In the website app, you'll want to check your "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab in your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. In the mobile app, you'll want to tap on the "Tickets and Passes" tile. 

    If linking the new confirmation number doesn't do the trick, and if you're still not able to see your tickets displaying as expected, my suggestion is to reach out to the Cast Members with the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357. You could also give the online chat service a try. The Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk can help you troubleshoot the issue with your tickets displaying. 

    Luke, I'm hopeful that you can get all your theme park tickets showing as you expect so you can make your reservations to enjoy the theme parks.
