The
reservation system to enter the resort allows guests to cancel their reservations up until the clock strikes midnight the evening before their visit. You can do this by going to
My Theme Park Reservations and click on the "Cancel Reservation" link. And Randy, I personally like to make sure that if I have a future date in mind, I check the
availability calendar to make sure that date is also available. I love Queen Elsa, but I wouldn’t want to be left out in the cold without a reservation for entry!
Have you downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile app yet, Randy? This is what you’ll need to scan your
tickets upon entry, plus it saves valuable time by posting the wait times for most rides. My favorite part of this free app is that I can place
mobile orders for meals, snacks, and beverages so that I can pick them up after I’ve been enjoying attractions all over the parks
In the future, if you ever have an urgent request, you can always call or message
Guest Services to speak with a helpful Cast Member who can walk you through the cancellation process. This is also where you can ask about many other offerings at the Disneyland Resort, such as
Disability Access Services, and
special dietary restrictions . There is also a chat feature in the Disneyland Mobile app where you can connect with a live Cast Member.
