I have changed my character in the MDE but it still shows my old one in certain locations. I have changed other family member's characters & they have changed everywhere but mine is still 2 different characters. How can I fix this?

    Hi Cynthia!

I have had a similar issue with my character defaulting to the blue Mickey head, and it was frustrating to see the characters of my family remain in place, in My Disney Experience. Though my issues occurred a while ago, I was able to get the assistance I needed to ensure my character didn’t default back and I have not had any additional issues. Because the fix was quick and painless, I recommend contacting Web Support at (407)939-4357 who will be able to get your character in place in all locations. I hope this helps.

Please let us know if you have additional questions, prior to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Have a magical day!
