We have to change our trip to 2014. Which would be best time to visit ( crowd levels and resort costs) nov 29-dec 15 or dec6-21? Thanks

    Hi, Vicki!

When looking at crowd levels, I always consult the great, unofficial source of such information, touringplans.com.

Basing your 2014 trip on predictions for 2013, I'd say that you'll have a very quick drop off of crowd levels right after Thanksgiving weekend, with your remaining days looking very low on a crowd scale of 1-10. If you head to Walt Disney World at the end of the first week of December, you'll still enjoy those really low crowd levels, but will notice that by 12/21, the parks will have gotten much more crowded than they had been when you first arrived.

If it were me? I'd prefer to visit right after Thanksgiving, as the parks will be decorated for the holidays, the weather will still be lovely and you'll be able to enjoy more attractions with less wait time than if you had stayed closer to Christmas.

Either way, though, you are sure to fall in love with even more magic in Walt Disney World at the holidays! Happy planning!
