Thank you so much for sending us your question and welcome to planDisney! I am sorry that you have to change the dates of your magical vacation, but I am glad that you came to us for help. Of course, rescheduling your visit is not ideal, but it is definitely possible!
Since you have not specified which plans you need to reschedule, here's how to reschedule park tickets, Resort hotel reservations, theme park reservations and dining reservations. First, if you go into your
My Disney Experience account on your desktop, you should be able to click on "My Plans" and then on "Tickets and Memory Maker." There, you will see your tickets, and you should be able to click on "Change Ticket." That way, you will be able to change the dates of your theme park admission! If you cannot click on the "Change Ticket" option, make sure that you are using your computer, as I have seen that it sometimes does not show up in the mobile app. If you are still unable to see it, I would
call a Guest Relations Cast Member, who will be able to help. For your Resort hotel reservation, I would also recommend
contacting the Reservation Center directly at (407) 939-1936. The Cast Member assisting you will be able to reschedule your resort reservation for you. Keep in mind that both tickets and resorts may be subject to price differences.
If you have already made theme park reservations, you can either reschedule or cancel them with no fees! To do so, you would go into your My Disney Experience account again and click on "My Plans." Then, after you've scrolled down to one of your theme park reservations, you will click on "See Details," which should take you to a list of all your theme park reservations. Locate the ones you would like to change and then click on either "Modify Reservation" or "Cancel Reservations." If you had dining reservations, you would also go into the "My Plans" section of your account, and you should have the option to reschedule the reservation!
