I want to see if on 2/14 or 2/15 we can change our tickets to park hopper?

Ahoy there...er, I mean, hello Amanda, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

If you'll forgive the nautical intro, I'm usually a Disney Cruise Line guy, but from time-to-time I pull into port and do my best landlubber impression to check for questions about Walt Disney World Resort!

Looks like you'll be here over Valentine's Day and want to add a bit of extra flexibility to your trip! That's a great idea with all the amazing things to see and experience during "The World's Most Magical Celebration!"

Adding the Park Hopper Option® to your existing tickets is easier than saying "Bibbidy-Bobbidy-Boo" - and nearly as quick! If you're familiar with the My Disney Experience mobile app, tap on your menu icon (the three stacked lines) and select Tickets and Passes. From there, depending of the type of tickets you currently have, you may see the option to select your tickets and change them and purchase the add-on!

If you don't see that option you have a few other ways to add the extra magic you're looking for:

    • Any time I run into a task that seems like it would take Hercules to break through, I call a Disney Cast Member! Just be sure to have your reservation number handy, and they should be able to help you add the Park Hopper option before you get your vacation started!
    • If you'd like to wait until the day you arrive, you can always head to a Guest Services kiosk or window at any of the park entrances! From there, a Cast Member will be able to help you in-person!
Whichever way you choose to add the Park Hopper option to your tickets, remember Park Hopping has changed a bit: you'll need to enter the park you have made a reservation for on that day first, and after 2 p.m. you can hop to whichever park you'd like if it hasn't reached capacity.

Amanda, I wish you a magical time during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any other questions as your trip gets closer, be sure to send us another message here at planDisney!

As for me, I think I'll head back out to sea, I think I'm a bit "landsick."

    Until we meet again!
