Hi Lisa,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. I am happy to see you are considering adding the Park Hopper Option to your
Theme Park Tickets, my family and I love to "hop" around Walt Disney World Resort, it makes our days at Walt Disney World Resort even more magical!
Adding the Park Hopper Option to your existing Theme Park Tickets is easy provided there is at least one day remaining on your Theme Park Tickets and the Theme Park Tickets are still valid. Simply head to guest relations at any of the four Theme Parks, Disney Springs or your Resort Lobby Concierge and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you with your request.
When entering a Theme Park, guests are required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a
Theme Park Reservation using the Disney Park Pass system for every day you plan on visiting. With the Park Hopper Option, guests are required to make a Theme Park Reservation and enter the first Theme Park they plan on visiting, and then "hop" to another Theme Park after 2:00. Please keep in mind that Park Hopping hours are always subject to change. Currently Theme Park Reservations for the second Theme Park is not required, and I would recommend checking Theme Park Availability prior to hopping. To check Theme Park Availability, open your
My Disney Experience Mobile App after 2:00 and click on "Theme Parks" and then "All Hours". If the Theme Park is not available it will not be listed in the Park Hopping Hours.
I hope my answer was helpful, Lisa. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation, we are always happy to help.
