    Aelis from FL Asked

How can I change a ticket to a other Park?

Hello Aelis! It is not unusual for Guests to rethink their park visits as their vacation planning continues. I’m happy to guide you through the process of changing your Disney Park Pass reservation.

The first thing you’ll need to do is log in to your My Disney Experience account. After you do so, click on “My Plans.” Scroll down just a bit on the page that appears. You’ll see “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” You should see the park reservations that you made. Click on the box that states, “View Details.” When the next page appears, you should see an area that states, “Cancel This Reservation.” Click on that and then confirm that you want to cancel your park reservation.

You can then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation for that day for a different park. To do so, you’ll simply follow the same procedure that you used when making your original park pass reservation!

Aelis, you can make and cancel Disney Park Pass reservations as often as you need to as your vacation planning changes!
