    Can you change your ticket for an after hours ticket and pay the difference?

    Hi, Amy!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am excited to hEAR that you are thinking about attending a Disney After Hours event!  Several dates have recently been announced for Disney After Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney After Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park.  Also, on select nights this summer, there will be a special Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park.  It's sure to be a wicked good time!  No matter which Disney After Hours event you choose, you will enjoy little-to-no-wait time for many popular attractions, as well as delicious snacks and beverages included in the price of your event ticket.

    Special event tickets are purchased separately from your regular theme park tickets, and there is no option to change a theme park ticket to a Disney After Hours ticket.  However, attending a Disney After Hours event is truly a magical experience.  If it fits into your vacation budget, I would highly recommend purchasing this special event ticket in addition to your regular theme park tickets.
