Thank you so much for visiting and reaching out! Managing ticket dates can be done through your My Disney Experience account with a fairly simple process. Let's walk through this process and get your tickets modified!
The first thing you will do is to log onto your
My Disney Experience account. Scroll to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "Tickets & Memory Maker" and click on that. Here you should see all of your tickets and the members of your party they are linked to. Under each member, you should see a link "Change Ticket". If you click on that link you will be prompted to the members you are wanting to change the ticket information to and then the options. You should see an option to change the date of the tickets from there and you should be all set.
One thing to note as you move through these steps is that if you change your tickets to a date that is more expensive than the amount you originally paid for them, you may be charged the difference for making this change. You will be prompted about the potential fee before you confirm your transaction.
The other part of purchasing tickets is to ensure that you have made your
Theme Park Reservations as well. I would advise that before you go to change the dates of the tickets, make sure you look at the
Theme Park Availability calendar to make sure you still have availability to change the dates and access the parks you would like. After you make your changes, also make sure to cancel your old reservations and make your new ones.
