Can you change your starting park if you purchased a hopper already and have a reservation? I just made it today.

Hi there, Aubrey. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney!

Wow, just a few more sleeps and you’ll be able to experience all the pixie-dusted magic at the Disneyland Resort theme parks! I bet you’re excited to stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. and enjoy the churros and DOLE WHIP.

I just took a quick peek at the Theme Parks Reservation Availability calendar and at this time, it looks like both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are good to book as starting parks. In order for you to switch, you’ll actually need to cancel your current theme park reservation and make a new one indicating the other park as your starting point. You can do so on Disneyland.com or on your Disneyland mobile app. Aubrey, I highly recommend making your new park reservation as soon as possible so that the date and park of your choosing do not run out.

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
