When it comes to the
Safe Passage website and making sure your party has everything they need before you leave home, all profile information, as well as vaccination documentation, must reflect the name that matches the name on your Disney Cruise Line reservation, as well as the date of birth and vaccine information for each Guest. I know when I "claimed" my son's profile in Safe Passage for our recent cruise on the Disney Wish, his information was pre-populated from our Disney Cruise Line reservation - so if your son's name information is mismatched to what is on your reservation, I would definitely suggest calling Safe Passage to get that sorted out!
You can reach them at their support number 1-877-250-5132, and luckily, they have a callback feature where you don't have to stay on the phone if there are more than 10 Guests ahead of you! Still, as a planDrew-approved tip, try to call as soon as the phone lines open at 8 a.m. Eastern, seven days a week. That would give you the best chance of having this solved soon, especially with your arrival date rapidly approaching!
If your son's name is incorrect on your Disney Cruise Line reservation (which should match his travel documentation), I'd suggest
contacting a crew member by phone as soon as possible!With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you should be able to check this last bit of cruise prep off your list and get on with the excitement of watching the last few days of your countdown roll by.
