Hi Tracey,
Welcome to planDisney!
Looking at your arrival date, your trip is coming up soon! It sounds like you have someone in your party that has a profile in My Disney Experience managed by you. And now, that person needs their own
My Disney Experience account.
In cases like this, I suggest you
call to speak with a cast member in Website Support. I had to do this with one of my girls because she was going on a trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort without us. My daughter created her own My Disney Experience account. Then, the cast member was able to make sure her annual pass, our upcoming resort reservations, and other advanced dining reservations were linked to the new account.
Be sure to remain connected with the guest through the Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience so that you all can share plans. You still want to be able to see any
Disney PhotoPass photos taken. If you have not yet considered
Memory Maker, I recommend it. We are so grateful for all of the photo memories we have of our girls from their visits over the years.
Given the dates of your visit, I also suggest that you make plans to stop by the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The scavenger hunts are so much fun and we always enjoy the beautiful topiaries. As always, I suggest that you have at least a few advanced dining reservations. We enjoy these moments together taking time to recount some of our adventures from the day!
Tracey, pretty soon you will be packing! If you have not done so already, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can cancel, modify, or make plans during your trip. And, when you arrive, try to get a peak at the progress being made on Tiana's Bayou Adventure!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
