    I have to change my FL resident tickets to regular tickets because of blockout dates. Is there any way to pay the difference BEFORE I arrive?

    Unfortunately, this process has to be done once you arrive.  Just visit any Guest Relations/Ticket Booths at any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks and a Cast Member will be happy to help you with the exchange.
